Summer Reading Program
This program is designed to keep children interested in reading through the summer. Registration begins the first week of the program and continues throughout the program. Reading goals are set by the child and certificates are awarded at the end of the program if the goal is met. Activities include story hours, magic shows, concerts, crafts and other activities. There is no age limit.

Story-Time Schedule
Throughout the school year there are story-time programs for children of all ages.There are morning programs at Beebe and Searcy Libraries. After-school programs are offered at Judsonia, Bald Knob, and Rose Bud. Pangburn and Bradford offer story-time programs at 2:30 p.m. Each story-time program consists of several stories, songs, poems, and a craft activity based on a theme.

Partial funding is provided by the Library Services and Technology Act and the Arkansas State Library.
